Chocolatiers Louis and Denise Mirabella have been providing the world class resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona, with their world class chocolates since 1998. Starting with great chocolate from Callebaut, Valrhona, and Scharffenberger to
name
a few, they blend silky smooth ganaches packed with innovative flavors such
as buttermilk crunch, roasted raspberry and espresso-Pernod. They're all made
in small batches by hand with natural ingredients.
In 2001, they opened their first retail shop in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Overwhelmed by the positive response they moved to a larger location in 2004.
In addition to their handmade chocolates they feature other items such as nut barks, toffee and chocolate bars. Constantly searching for the best criollo-rich chocolates from around the world, they strive to make Chocofin Chocolatier your favorite chocolate source.
